Air conditioning, a safe box, and satellite TV in the room, great and good location. Location so close to beach where u can spend all day in a restaurant on the sand, several shops and cool shops.

This hotel has a fantastic beachfront location with friendly and excellent staff.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Large room with a balcony as well as fluffy towels. Lovely pool, parking onsite. The location was great and favourable, stuff was amicable. Besides, easy to get to Playa Chacala Lodge, only 5 minutes walk.

There were very clean beds and a fridge, an individual safe, and climate control inside the room. Btw, it was overlooking sea. The location was unbeatable close to everything and the staff here was very friendly. Bakery La Farina Bakery located 2 km away was a nice surprise...

Hotel Casa Chacala Review. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently situated close to everything you need. We enjoyed delicious lunch and dinner at Pho Ying, which was just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was reasonably large and quiet especially for sunsets, liked it. The balcony had chairs and a table. Also, location was good and ideal, a couple of blocks away from Xplore Chacala...

This place has an amazing location, making it easy to get to everything. I especially liked being close to the Niagara Sub Shoppe. the rooms are spacious and really quiet, which is perfect for enjoying the sunsets. 🌅.

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the beautiful floor tile and the awesome view from our balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they ensured that we got the room we had reserved. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach and a short distance from other attractions. We also found the value for money to be excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues. our bathroom was not as clean as we would have expected, and there was an unpleasant sewer odor coming from the shower drain.
